My approach to performance is rooted in the belief that each piece is a spell—alive, evolving, and deeply tied to the moment in which it is created. No two performances are ever the same. Some performances can never be repeated; the spell has been cast, the energy has shifted, and the themes they addressed have been released from my system. To attempt to re-enact them would feel hollow, as their purpose has already been fulfilled.

Other performances, however, will be revisited, though they will never be exact replicas of their original form. These pieces respond to the time, the society, and the person I am when they are performed again. Their themes will deepen, and the angles will either soften or sharpen, making the spell more precise and resonant with the present moment.
