The Multi-Story Time Park was an audio-based, site-specific performance that guided audiences through the personal and collective experiences of the COVID-19 lockdowns. This piece reflects on isolation, control, and the reshaping of daily life in the wake of the pandemic.
Starting as a group, participants were gradually separated, mirroring the isolation we all endured. The performance posed questions about how easily we are led into patterns of control and detachment. What happens when we lose connection to each other and to ourselves? The piece invites participants to reflect on how external structures, like government regulations, shape our internal worlds, and how reclaiming personal agency is both a necessary and terrifying act.
